i stayed in a double room ocean view. the room had a spacious balcony and a well-appointed bathroom. i also appreciated the ocean views the hotel provided. the food across all three restaurants was excellent with very talented head chef.

infinity pools fresh fruit

The hotel features three beachfront infinity pools. I watched locals surfing the waves right in front of the hotel!!! Breakfast was wonderful, a HUGE range of à la carte options were available. Fresh fruit, juice, and coffee were abundant.

The steps down to the beach are quite steep and rocky.

i found the staff consistently helpful. the three on-site restaurants provided varied dining options. i enjoyed the well kept pool areas .

The room's balcony lighting was centrally controlled. It turned off each night, made the balcony unusable after dark.

attentive staff asian restaurant calm grounds ocean views

The staff was attentive! the breakfast manager, hermadi, greeted everyone warmly. i enjoyed the three restaurants. The asian restaurant had good vegetarian options. the grounds were calm, and the pools overlooked the ocean. It was a perfect start to each day.

the beach access had steep, rocky steps. waiter service would improve the poolside experience!

the resort is a short drive from senggigi ferry port, facilitating easy access to lombok's attractions. waterfall hikes are approximately 1.5 hours away, and pink beach excursions require around two hours of travel from the port, allowing guests to explore the region efficiently.

well cared grounds really good staff ginger tea cracked sink stained lounger village prayer

the grounds were well cared for. the hotel staff were really good. i also loved the ginger tea served after each treatment.. it felt really special.

i noticed a cracked sink. the sun loungers looked stained and the towels seemed poor quality. i also heard prayer from the local village. it started around 1am and continued for quite a while.

Breakfast had MANY healthy options. The spa services are first class, i enjoyed it much. Staff are very friendly AND care about guest comfort. I spent several nights there and it felt really good.
